I have NEVER EVER seen such an "afiatado" couple before in my 82 years of life...!!! I am TOTALLY in love with this team...!!! It is like a dream, for me, from years past...!!! An ethereal one...!!! It is so much more than what both the individuals transmit in the sense of delicate sensual appeal, of expectations... And elegance from her... Sort of conveying, to the audience, that she is JUST dancing and, at the same time, with her body, acknowledging, to her partner, that she is being involved with him, his steps and his embrace... It is so lovely human... Happens all of the time... You can almost feel being carried away by the sway of the music, which is sweet and romantic, and each one of the steps carrying you forward to somewhere where it is right and final and lovely... I am, again, so much in love with this video...!!! It does remind me of a past where my father, a "tanguero" of the first order and not being from Argentina, taught me, when I was only 12 years old, to keep straight, keep an eye on his eyes, feel on my right side of where he was holding me on to my waist, for the next tapping of his fingers to indicate a changing of the compass or the tempo of the steps... Unforgettable experiences in the making of a young girl... And then my husband came and kept straight as an arrow when dancing Tango and very much danced as Sergei, simple steps, looking serious and straight faced as Sergei and dared, challenged me to dance this, which, I believe, is the first step in any dance... The challenge... The meeting of the eyes, the profound sinking feeling of your soul to start with, the tingling and the knowing effect of a look...!!! The warmth you can readily feel on your entire body... The surrender... The need for a tight embrace...!!! LOVELY...!!! Thank you Sergey Kurkatov and Yulia Burenicheva for letting me feel, again, how much I loved my husband and how I chose to embrace his clean and loving grip on my life with tenderness... I love you...!!!

Qué belleza. Le di play con ninguna expectativa (suponiendo que se iban a poner a hacer acrobacias), me cautivaron. La orquesta también hizo una bella y sentida interpretación del tango de Canaro, probablemente la melodía más bella que haya escuchado.

This is wonderful dancing, without the circus acrobatics of America's "Dancing with the Stars."
These two Russian dancers seem to really understand the tango. There's indeed a new style, too permeated by figures of classical or contemporary dance, or too "acrobatic" as you say, that don't really belong to tango, but perhaps to Broadway. These two dance it like it's danced in the "milongas", but far better, of course, than what us amateurs can do :) To summarize, that's what one expects from professional tango dancers...
