Greetings
I seem to build up tension in my right shoulder, iam a road sweeper which as, well as sweeping i have to remove weeds from the pavement.
I do go for long distance runs 🏃♀️ on occasion especially on a Saturday when the sun is just rising.
I also lift dumbells and do push ups. But i have noticed that i don't get so angry anymore, i have become alot more peaceful, my diet has improved, and being that iam 62 at the end of the year i give thanks, and truly grateful for my life thus far, and iam grateful to b in this physical body, doing the best i can in this physical world.
When i relax i burn sage and lavender which really calms i down.

While I was wondering because I a book from my friend for prayers Indian prayers and after I use the book I could see a snake slithering about my house it was bright colors yellow and white and I believe it belonged to the book and I think it went back in the book I'm hoping but I was trying to clear my apartment of negative energy that was what the book was about old Indian prayers but I had Jesus Christ into it and my whole apartment went dark for a minute and then it lightened up again and then later I saw the snake near the book and the cat was looking at the snake and then I saw the snake but it was like so weird😅😅😅

It's not about the actual gift that truely matters it's the time the thot the love thats put into the act of gift giving that means the most. You could give me a blade of grass and I'd cherish the fact that you got down crawled around on your hands and knees and chose the right one you felt was the one that best conveys what you hoped I'd receive when you gave it to me rather than go buy a dozen roses and hand them to me ,anyone can do that and not have to think on the matter of gift giving it's simple and quick and they are justva destraction to get out taking time thot emotions and get a get out of the dog house free card .it's a win win for the moment but you just end up in the doghouse the next day as they start to wilt while the grass blade had been carefully scrapbooked and etched in mind heart and soul by it and your adorable charm forever .
