The government should be doing more to increase the uptake on the EV market, a few years back one of the 2 home EV charger grant schemes ended and while there has been more and more rapid public EV chargers coming online the UK should be much further ahead than it currently is, currently in the whole of Ayrshire there is only one bank of 7 150kW rapid chargers opened up last week in Stevenston other than the odd 50 or 100 kW chargers, that's it, this along with the now cut back in home EV charger grants available it's not surprising things are current what they are....
