Okay okay, I used to have a toy like this, it wasn’t a tmnt one, but it’s build was very similar, it was like dark blue and had a cool front panel, if anyone knows what that is please let me know Edit: YEAH I FOUND EM! 1993 Exo Squad Aerial Attack E-Frame! And playmates made them too! So they must’ve been a reused mold themselves! Either from or for the TMNT line
Hey so I have a mainly brown plastic Leonardo figure maybe 2 inches tall. He has an army vest and combat helmet, and his hands look like something got snapped off of them. Any idea what it could be?
Thanks for responding! It still remains a mystery. It has normal proportions and design and the date is pretty worn but it looks like it’s from the 90’s

Maybe a halfshell hero? Those are the only minis with clothes that I can think of
