What’s the idea behind opening up a physical store as opposed to selling solely on e commerce ? Seems like a lot of unnecessary overhead that you would have to recoup by inflating the product price especially with commercial real estate cost in LA. but maybe you draw additional attraction /traffic to the store solely off people wanting to meet no jumper people?

Security costs, theft/shrink, rent, utilities, business licences, employees, inventory costs, decorating and setting up store, POS systems etc. have to recoup all those costs from somewhere which is probably charging more for the end product. If you have an e-commerce store you have basically no overhead and you have a platform to market it. The potential to lose revenue is basically nil.
