Let me explain, I am a curry, I was in an interview recently. The interview line was huge so the waiting was long.

When it was my turn it was fast - "Tell me about yourself" without looking at me. Even though I mentioned my skills matched the job description, it ended up with "we will call you later".

Right now playing numbers game, hoping that my the number of interviews I go will average out.

You will notice that the the majority of the interview will have a pre-written response to (Middle and left side of the line) and a human interaction on the right side (7s and 8s and above).
Even if you say that AI and technology will scan the resume you have to understand there is no technology that scans Faces.
Always Chads and Chad lites will get through any scans.
I even saw a Stacy with a party dress, I kid you not a party dress walk in without a Resume and got a job. She even asked the company for transportation and they paid for her Uber.
