Crosby's first season, I was impressed by his motor. Last season ,I was blown away by his motor and technique. Dude has been taking huge leaps every season. A good DT that can push the pocket will make those QB hits into monster sacks.

With the way Crosby plays, I still find it hard to believe he had to wait till the 4th round before his name was called. Not only that, but he played a whole lot better than the 1st player the Raiders picked that year: edge rusher Clelin Ferrell. Ferrell is now an afterthought and no longer on the Raiders depth chart, while Crosby just got a pay bump.
Thats big difference between Mack and Crosby. Crosby obviously wanted to get paid but also wants to be a Raider. Mack with his greedy ass just wanted the money. Thats why I maddly have respect for Crosby than Mack
