My daughters went the full boat in Girl Scouts. I just about left when they lowered the Scout Master standards. And I'll say again, "Scouting America needs to actively support the Girl Scouts and counter the current trends. I think they need to get back to their roots.

I feel uncomfortable being in a room with them… I can’t imagine going on a trip or being left alone in a room with them 🫣 I’m sure they are not all bad people, but it seems like some may not have the best interest at heart.
My brother is a scoutmaster and a good one , I can’t believe that this is happening, I told him a couple years ago that he should get out of it , but he persists
He persists because he sees the value of the organization! Perhaps if you took a closer look at scouting, you would understand why it doesn't matter if girls are included--it only makes the organization better

Isn’t saying “I don’t feel like a boy or girl” giving in to the labels and acknowledging that there really are boys and girls? And the real thing that doesn’t exist is the ideal?
