I think you should sell the rice saplings greenhouse. It was interesting in the beginning but now I think it takes up quite a bit of space. You can extend the field or build a storage space.
Now that you have the debris crusher I think it might be time for you to invest in a conveyor system to load up the stone. There is one that picks up stuff from the ground now so it should save you a ton of headaches later on. Also, you can empty your wood chips into your tipper and sell them to the animal dealer that way.
Daggerwin is patently against using conveyors, he'd rather load a trailer with a hand shovel, I think, than use conveyors. I don't know why, but he has avoided them since I've been watching, maybe one bit him when he was a child?
@@galacticsurvivorvainamoine5823 Yeah he think they are too complicated, but for this he'd only need a pick up and a end piece, even daggerwin could make that work lol
@@cynicalbadger1806 not sure if it was different at launch, but I guarantee you they can as I use them to load my own stone, as I posted above it needs the little 5k one and then it can lift it onto the ramped belt
I don't care about the mud puddle debate, but I'd like to note that the "Old Wind Wheel with Water Tank" in the Container building category provides free water. It didn't initially, but in the first patch they changed it to be free.
Only being able to pick up collectibles on land you own could be a good compromise for the collectible issue on survival challenge, that way you get the best of both worlds, love the content :)
May aswell pick up the one at the end of your field as you will have a hard job finding the others because their all different and i think on that map they dont all appear untill you finish the museum
Regarding the cement factory and it being utilized as farmland - you should find a contract for that plot of land and hold onto it without completing so that the field isn't planted.
I think someone mentioned it earlier. The Rock crusher should have been placed near the cement factory and the rocks transported via a conveyor system. As for the Cement Factory, take out a loan. Best of both worlds .
For riverbed I suggested two possibilities: 1. Before collecting the collectables, the restore of the grain mill has to be completed? 2. You can collect the collectables but you have to remove the money until the final tally.
RE: Collectibles on Riverbend Springs, I think yes but only after you've reached that "almost the end" point where an extra $10k here and there isn't gonna matter all that much. Especially if you're gonna do the grain mill museum construction which is where they're displayed similar to the orbs in the temple.
As nice as it would be to have a wheel loader, having a front loader on one of the tractors (maybe the small one you'd like if not the existing ones) or a forklift for the home farm would make more sense. On the cows, keeping a few older ones to produce younger cows would be a touch more realistic.
Building on this - instead of a forklift for the home farm, maybe a 3 point on the vineyard/olive tractor you'll need so it doesn't just sit doing nothing for 9 months of the year.
You spent 1,500 to drill a well and create a rice field. You could sell that, and buy a solar powered water pump for 500. Same well, same water, minus the mud. 🙂
Would be nice to see the L120H Electric Conversion feature at the rock crusher plant. I was part of the development team designing the electric powertrain 😊 in fact we built, tuned and tested the first real prototype
regarding collectibles on survival, perhaps limit it to max 1 collectible per 10 episodes or something like that? ofcourse, if you're doing well, you can just not collect one for 20 or 30 episodes and then collect one when you're hurting for money for a specific goal (new tractor or land or whatever) but previous 10's would have been forfeited, so you can't collect 3 at a time just cause you waited 30 episodes.
Rather than buying baby cows, move the baby water buffalo into the paddock and raise them to sell, they are free as opposed to paying €200 per animal and are another output from your water buffalo
Get a front loader on one of the tractors to replace the tele handler at the rock pit, or buy a cheap tractor (or another tele handler) with the front end loader and place it where you need it…enjoying the series, cheers
When the time comes to sell your wood chips, you don't need to put the pallets on the trailer. You can Fill a trailer, just like filling fertilizer from a pallet. When I delivered chips to the Animal Shelter or Farmers Market, neither would take pallets, but they did when dumped from a trailer.
Would be interesting to see how they could be incorporated into a series genuine and smoothly keeping the excitement of finding something valuable and the money you could make for it while keeping immersion.. like if you built the Grain Elevator Museum and then were "contracted" by the museum to find those collectibles.? $10k would make sense as a commission to finding the artifacts... Idk
Usually, I have questions when I watch these. Will Daggerwin remember to flood the rice fields? Will Daggerwin remember to put water in the small poly greenhouse? In Episode 53, my question will be "Will Daggerwin forget about those wood chip pallets behind the shed?"
Don't forget Daggerwin Giant's did say in the latest patch that the old windmill is now free water, which I know one is built on the USA map, but I also believe it is a placeable
I think it might be worth "buying" that field where the cement factory is. By which i mean forcing in the money, buying it, then simply terraforming around it, and then not using the field for crops etc, just keep it as the cement factory location. That way your not gonna have to deal with crops appearing randomly.
With collectibles on the challenge series, maybe set a trigger, like you can collect them but only when you already have 100k in the bank, or once you've made your first million, or once your bank balance has hit 250k once. Something like that, so you can get them for the sake of collecting, the money is still useful, but it's not challenge-breaking.
I think every 5 episodes you should be allowed 2 collectibles on survival multiplayer then for example an additional 2 when reaches episode 10/20/30 etc. but you don’t have to get that many but that should be like a limit. At the end of the day it’s in the game.
i think you can place a belt under the stone pile with the belt that picks up from the floor S-710 and feed that into the tl-1239 it willthen load your trailor and save you a fortune
Hi Dagger, there is a collectible under the bridge next to the store, if you turn left out of the store and look underneath the bridge there is one there, not sure if you have found this one already but found it yesterday so thought id share. Enjoying the series.
The Grimme SL 80-22 Quantum Conveyor should be able to deposit stone into the truck. [if you angle it at its highest degree and extend it to its full length] Perhaps lease at 1,938 to verify. Buy at 38K
yes, absolutely pick up collectibles in survival challenge! they are SO hard to identify without seeing the pick up item in the top left that ANY you find you should get.
If you’re going to use collectibles in Survival Challenge, could it be done in a way that plays along with IRL government subsidies. Maybe only x1/x2 collectibles per in-game year etc.
19:30 js a suggestions, you should have to reach a certain milestone like 100k or 4 feilds owned or something like that before youre allowed to collect them
Collectibles on Survival challenge: Collect them but use the money to buy products solely for renovating the Grain Elevator Museum. That way you do not have to spend "your own" money and products to renovate it but still have a sidequest to complete! 😁
Definitely recommend setting up a conveyer belt system, only need 2 pieces, the £5k primary lift base and the £38k ramp, then just park under the belt and wait to be full 👌🏻
My view on collectibles on Survival Challenge is that you should collect them, but then take the money out by editing the file. Then for each collectible you get, you get something, like perhaps every collectible you get, you can rent a piece of machinery for 1 working hour. Or for every collectible, you can take a £1000 loan (through editing the file so you can do smaller increments than 5000) I agree that getting £10,000 per collectible would break the challenge. I think my proposed solution adds a motivation to find the collectibles without breaking the game.
try to find a seeding contract in the cement factory field. start it and instantly cancel it, and don’t collect the money, so it’ll be limed until you can buy the production and field.
Farmers usually get up at 5am to start the milking. Lol A Conveyor system will work at the crusher plant, but that's more money again. (Less that a wheel loader though)
Since the debris crusher has a belt dropper so high above the pit, it would be nice to be able to park a trailer inside the pit and let the building fill it instead of having to double handle it
I have that glitch too that the bucket glues to the rocks in the crusher. It sometimes help to unattach it until it calms down, but sometimes I have to reset and the bucket gets buried all the way under.
The TMR can take up to 25% straw if I'm correct. In your 45000L mixer one 5000L strawbale makes up about 11.1%. So you should be able to put about 2 bales into a full load.
You can add front arms on the tractors and put a bucket on the front so you won’t need 2 vehicles to do the stones… it’s wayyyy cheaper than buying a new vehicle 😅
On Survival Challenge, maybe you should make it just a regular multiplayer series instead of a challenge. The map isn’t really set up for challenges. Do whatever with the collectibles, but wait until some cheap mods come out, as well as the right map for a survival series.

Something simple would keep the immersion and keep the fun without feeling so needlessly cheaty on a series like survival roleplay..
I think that only if you come across a colectible, while like waiting for something to process, then you can. Looking for them is a no for me, only pick colectibles up if ya randomly stumble upon them.
Normally I would say no to collectibles on a challenge but I think the collectibles are free game even in a survival challenge because in this version they actually have a purpose, they go towards restoring the museum. I consider it a finders fee.

i would say yes to collectibles in the survival challenge, but with one caveat! you have to own the land the collectible is on, i think that would make it fair on both sides
In my game, I've just took a huge 500k loan to afford the small plot, the cement factory and the debrid crusher. From what I've read, by selling all the cement products to the temple, you can repay the loan, so it's a long term investment ;)

You could. But then he'll be a millionaire in no time.
@VorTheRhino ,and we don't want that now, do we 😅
conveyor system is missing a thr ground pick-up and he would still jave to keep plowing fields to get stones and then buy a rock picker
Love our mushrooms yes the farmer growing them works so hard. No he doesn't I've watch his videos 🤣🤣😂🤣
A belt system at the stone spawn to load the trailer would save a lot of work, and be much cheaper then a loader.

what I did for the "muddy puddle" was terraformed the land to hide the puddle, so it looked just like a pump, works well
