40g Almond Flour
30g Granulated Sugar
25g Cold Unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp Salt

100g Digestive Biscuits or Biscoff Biscuits
40g Melted Unsalted Butter
||||||||| Cheesecake Filling
200g Cream Cheese (room temp)
80g Sour Cream (room temp)
70g Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
30g Cake Flour
1tbsp Lemon Juice
100g Fresh/Frozen Blueberries
30g Blueberry Jam (optional)

Can I change sour cream into Greek Yogurt?
Yes you can, use the plain Greek yoghurt. The sour cream just adds to the tanginess and a little hint of sourness to the cheesecake. All the best!
