- निर्भया मामले में शुक्रवार सुबह चारों दोषियों को फांसी की सजा दे दी गई. इन दोषियों के लिए कानूनी लड़ाई वकील एपी सिंह ने लड़ी. वो आखिरी वक्त तक इनकी फांसी की सज़ा टालने के लिए कोशिशें करते रहे. ए पी सिंह ने इससे पहले निर्भया की मां पर भी सवाल उठाए.

My question to A.P singh...
1) why can't a woman go out any time she wishes from the house, wearing anything she wish..and being safe? By which law can you ask anyone to not being outside the house anywhere in the world freely? How can be any reason behind that?
2) why any parent is responsible to know where their daughter is at night or day at all & moreover being worried about her out of house at sll? She is grown up, she can go anywhere... anytime...why parents have any duty to restrict her or to be worried about her at all?
3)why was the men out of there house at that time of night then, why did there parents "allow" them to go out?? You did not ask this question at all?
