As much as I have a lot of respect for Usyk, it's important not to overlook the qualities of Daniel Dubois. He displays humility, hunger, and an unwavering determination. May the best man emerge victorious in their upcoming battle.

Daniel has a great attitude going into this fight: ignore the social media toxicity and focus on the things that are important to him which are faith, family and training. If he wins, the same people saying he doesn't have a chance will then immediately switch to saying "Ah well, he just beat a much smaller HW who is distracted by the war in Ukraine". That's not to say he doesn't have a mountain to climb in beating Usyk, but I for one hope he can pull it off.

Fury fans hoping Daniel beats Usyk so that the gypsy duck queen won't get schooled by Usyk. Daniel has more balls than Fury that's for sure, but his chances are very slim vs Usyk. Why do you think an even bigger man in Fury don't want the smoke? Size means nothing - you obviously haven't seen some of Usyk sparring partners, they are big boys, solid all through - sparred and fought HW his entire career. Daniel is tiny compared to Usyk's sparring partners. Daniel if anything will trim down for this fight to be faster, that's the advantage, not size
Dubois can do it. He has to go in with no fear. Usyk does not hit that hard. Dubouis will be outs killed but if he lands big Usyk could go. Dubois is in a great situation. He has nothing to lose and much to gain.
Usyk definitely does hit hard. His power is deceptive, most guys except from the nutters like Joe Joyce will become timid after a few rounds with Usyk.
Dubois doesn’t have a good chin at heavyweight, he was down 3 times in the first round last time out. Usyk doesn’t have HW power but he had a stinging, crisp sharp selection of shots. I can see Dubois quitting on his stool at some point.

A pretty poor version of AJ was able to hurt Usyk, if Dubois can hurt him he's less likely to let him off the hook.

A good performance by Daniel is all we can ask for. He has nothing to lose and so much to gain. If he somehow got the win decision talk of undisputed would be so inappropriate. He doesn't need media pressure and he sounds like he has belief and confidence in himself. That is so respectful.

Joshua managed to land a good combo on Usyk in fight 2, and that was while fighting super cautiously. I'd be surprised if Daniel couldn't land at least one decent shot on Usyk.

Dubois is young and determined, maybe Usyk's age could be a factor in this fight, but he didn't show any signs of decay in his last fight, he actually threw even more punches than in the previous one and his footwork was still fully there.

This is a massive step up and a step to far in my opinion Daniel a great fighter at a certain level this fights come to early for him after being beat by Joyce
Never say never tho if he can pressure usyk like chisora he will have a punchers chance cus hits harder than chisora and is young and he's naivety can actually help him and being the huge underdog it's a long shot but if he lands he has that lower to ko usyk .

An excellent fight this. Usyk is of course a great fighter but Daniel is both strong and young and can really hit. I think it will be pressure pressure right from the start .....

I am sure Usyk is the favorite to win, but I give Dubois a fair reasonable chance. He's stronger and younger than Chisora and if he can fight like that longer, he may actually cause an upset. AJ also had all the attributes but he's been fighting the wrong fight.

People talking crap about AJ, but he caught Usyk with a great punch in the 1st fight which stunned him slightly. That is the only type of chance Dubois will have.
Not as smart a boxer as Chisora though. I've never seen DDD close off the ring and he certainly won't against Usyk. He's a lovely bloke and I hope he goes.on to win a world.title in the future but it won't be Saturday

This is going to be an interesting fight. DD does carry power and on the other hand AU is a grandmaster and he has skills. Will DD find AU to punch? AU doesn't stay in one place... But good luck to both of them.

Well he does have a puncher's chance I guess. He's almost definitely the hardest puncher Usyk has faced as a pro. With that being said, Usyk by a wide unanimous decision or late round TKO.
Aj punches way harder than Dubois.
Don't underestimate dubois , he was up and coming when defeated and he was winning that fight too untill he got injured.
I know styles make fights and all that. But just to compare: Dubois lets his hands go more than AJ and is younger and fitter than Chisora was when he fought Usyk. So if he can somehow match Chisora's work rate and pressure, and land a few combos like Joshua did in fight 2, might that give Daniel a chance at least? I hope so.

Daniel seems aware of each of their attributes, but he really doesn't seem like he is a "fight plan" kind of guy. He kind of reminds me of when Joyce was asked about the fight plan with Zhang. Joyce said, "The plan was to win the fight." Almost like he is completely unaware of the intellectual and cerebral side of boxing.
I need to see what this guy offers, havent heard much about him and that makes him dangerous. Alexander on the other hand is always out muscled so he will be ready, wont be caught like past heavyweights that get cocky.

Make no mistake DDD can Hit, Hard too , easily one of the biggest punchers out there , not only that but this guy has age on his side and he’s hungry , fury not taking this fight the stars have aligned for Daniel , it could written in em , OR right now it just might be too early for him to dethrone the king. Whatever the scenario thus is gonna be some fight. Daniel will unleash and hurt usyk definetly, but usyk is a cool customer and has an amazing skill set , if Daniel doesn’t do it by round 7 usyk will grind him down frustrate him , hold him he’ll do the lot to tire DDD out , then he’ll finish it in the later rounds.

Great attitude by Dubois. I'm afraid that Usyk will be to mobile for him though. Similar to the mobility he showed against Joyce. However, Usyk might stand and trade during moments in the fight. If he does, Dubois might have a shot at hurting him. Usyk by decision or late stoppage.
I hope very much that Daniel pulls this off . However he mentioned that Derek Chrisora did very well against Uysk however it wasnt Don Charles training Derek against Uysk it was the London Fighting guys. Like I said I hope Daniel pulls it off however it will not be because of Don Charles but instead to the overall attributes he has.

@@IrishFrank22Moreover, Usyk had an injured left elbow, that's why he couldn't punch with too much power and wasn't able to finish Chisora in that round, he said it himself in a recent interview.
I think Usyk looked worse on purpose to lure Joshua.
