For throwers at long range with Cull the Weak for Journey Mission 7 and for throwers at mid range with Quicken for Journey Mission 6…I went to Potomac Event Center. Tons of throwers in that mission on challenging. On a perfect run I was getting about 20-25 throwers per run. Hope this can help some agents out with the throwers missions.
Also 2 throwers in the first room of emergency bunker. Easy farm for mid range and even easier for short range as the second thrower doesn't hide. Just keep restarting the mission ;o))
The first 3 Journey Levels were fun. Then it became a grind. Enjoyed it for it gave me flashbacks to the old Div 1 tasks. However, what wrecks it is if your mates are not doing the same level you have to do it solo. Div 1 used to allow your teammates’ kills count to your tasks. If you play in a group of 4 you have to take turns at 200 mid range kills for example. That is 800 kill grind for a team. What they have done is making this a solo game not a team game. Simple fix, make team and individual kills help everyone get their levels.
For Journey Mission 6, I would recommend you do the Wall Street mission as you're able to work on 5 objectives at once: 8 NY missions, Throwers at mid-range (~16 per mission), Elite hostiles at close (the end has a lot), SHD levels, and deconstrcut high end items. For everything except deconstrcut, you should be finished or close to finishing by the time you do the mission 8 times (solo).
Thanks for the tip on level 5, had one left and the grind was wearing me out, the tips you've shown in this video made me kick myself on how easy it was, thanks. GG on your completion of the Journey in one stream, was a great time, was there at the beginning and got to say good night at the end. Congratulations on records broken :)
Journey 7, Lincoln Memorial...the first 3 areas, up to first named boss has quite a few of throwers and engineers. You can even do up to area before first boss area to be kinda quicker, that area can be a bit more than it's worth
On Journey 5, about the 100 rushers, you can do the emergancy bunker mission and on the hallway section where the rushers span kill the six that spawn and then die by you grenades and repeats the process, that was my method.
Something that I never understood why they made the change that they did, but the Hunter masks used to have sunglasses underneath the mask to hide your eyes, and it just looked 1000% cooler. It's why I'm gonna actually go for this one cause the red LED-shades do the same thing
Journey 6 I did all the throwers while doing the 8 NY missions. Though I had to deal with about 20 Deltas.. Cheese for ANY long range Elite kills Sleepy Giant control point. Snipe as many as possible without finishing control points 1st half, run away to reset spawns. Go back repeat
@subh510 if you mean reset on Heroic yes. But on Heroic with a strong enough sniper build just get in cover by the ramp that goes down into the CP, Snipe all the elite at long Range, (leave 1 enemy alive a purple or red) then run away until you see the XP rewarded and you can go back to the CP and do again. No resetting maps, won't lose momento stacks exc . That's how I did it. It's cheese but the same cheese I used to get the consecutive XXXmeter headshot kills Comedation
For the Comedation I just did one enemy at a time because I didn't wanna risk a miss because alert enemies move more. An old TSW clan mate of mine showed me this method a very long time ago
Thanks for the tips! Well done on staying awake haha I was watching live over on twitch, I thought you was going to be a gonner in the summit but I woke up and you'd powered through haha
Thank you! 49:29 For this one, I just went in Summit, found place with SHD box and farm gadgets from this. It take ~20 mins for me to destroy last 74 gadgets that I needed.
Thanks for the hints GC, especially Lincoln. Just finished journey 5 (I'm a more casual player) and I'd say item 1 and 2 you can pretty much lock in together and for NY control points, hit up widows web, do a CP reset and rinse and repeat. It's close to a safe house and you can fly through it easily. J6, here we come!
For Journey 7 when doing DCD for Tank, there's a thrower that spawns on the right after tank goes down. With Reversal equipped you can run up to the thrower, activate Reversal, then get "long range" kills at point blank. Obviously not going to finish that one before the Tank objective, but helps knock out abit of progress

Also for the ones like myself who struggle with the Nemesis in Descent I'm not sure if it is a bug or glitch but if you get lucky and have the option for the Reviver Hive grab that! I got melted as per usual but when I was revived it was like the Nemesis was frozen. I sat back and unloaded 3 marksman rifle mags into him without him flinching! Also for all your stats building up to the Nemesis always go for Weapon Damage. Hope it helps!

Thanks for the video. For Summit "hard" floors, you will get credit for higher difficultly. I believe this works for any hard requirement which should be listed as hard or higher difficulty. For the sticky bomb you don't need to hit targets. Just launch/detonate on the ground counts.

I really like the new changes overall! But when it comes to the objectives, I think some adjustments could make them more enjoyable. Missions on higher difficulties or defeating tough targets, like Nemesis, feel challenging yet rewarding. But objectives that push players to "cheese" the game - like finding spots to endlessly kill named enemies or repeatedly restarting encounters to hit a target - just don’t capture the fun or intended playstyle. For example, in the Aaron Keener mission in NY, players end up restarting just to grind drone kills, which gets repetitive. I'd love to see objectives that feel more creative and engaging, rather than just chores. Maybe something like taking down a Hunter in DC or completing a Heroic mission within a time limit, Or finishing a legendary mission. The new changes are definitely a step in the right direction, and I’m excited to see them refined! Just tweaking the objectives a bit to focus on true challenges rather than repetitive grinding would make a big difference. Thank you for the guide
Great vid again GC, Im fat and happy with the seasons, I did not plat a lot through the opening of the season as I wanted to do it over time and not blow though it during the bug. LOL I played mew alts for materials during that time.
The throwers was easy however, I have to do the snipers mission because New York for some reason I get Deltaed whenever I go to New York. So I know there’s a glitch big surprise, and no point in me trying to report it because they don’t fix anything so I’ll wait and see if they listen to the favorites of the community to report it.🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Have to admit I have only almost finished number 2 and already thinking.. this is just a massive grind for the sake of a grind to waste time. Crap devs do to drag out game play when they have nothing new to add. Then I watched the rest of your video (great guide by the way) and yer no way I am doing that crap. Ive played Div1 and 2 since beta, I took a little time off just before launch of S2.0 and now its a chore which is a shame. Games are ment to be a fun escape, not another job.
This game has maintained an audience way way longer than they ever thought it would, limited crew and limited options when trying to add new content. You are correct in the they are just trying to grind us through seasons. They had to do something because add on content takes at least a year for something small like a DLC most of the time more than a year. That content is finished by the player base in less than 8 hours. Then what ? you will see when the DLC comes out. Players will blow through that in no time at all. Just trying to keep us going until the cavalry arrives in Div 3. So, we all have the choice to play or find something else to do till then. ✌
I’ve still to kill the nemesis in decent so think I’ll struggle with that in journey 7 so might have to do either the engineers or throwers unfortunately 😩
When optimizing gear on mission 6, get a bag full of crap loot. Scroll through each stat on each piece and only optimize the ones that only need a sliver of optimizing. You will save a ton of resources that way!
The Priority Objectives are now my main Exotic Component farming method. Not sure if it's my RNG and I'm lucky but I always get at least one objective that rewards exotics For the Destroy Enemy Gagdets, does anybody know if the Drones at the beginning of the Tombs mission count, and also the decoys at the end? If so, that could be a good farm for that objective. There is also the Shock Traps in the Javier Kajica mission especially during the final phase because he deploys a lot of them??
Yes, it worked for the range ones in Journey V for me. Especially the mid range "Veterans". Find a room in the Summit with "SHD Tech" and farm that shit!
Anyone know of a decent engineer farm for journey 7? I've been grinding out air n space museum. I can get 2/3 spawn in the planetarium. But if anyone knows a better method I'd love to hear it
@Allison_Chanes it's crazy to me. When he got to the room, I thought he was going to shoot the two tanks. I'm like oh ok cool there's two here makes sense. Then he shot the heavy. Im confused all over LOL. And you gotta have a masters degree to understand these talents and modifiers.
50:33 damn is so ez hahahah... but i am so stupid to think i can do like that, so i just found a black tusk dronner and left with him 1v1 and let him spawn his 2 drones till i get 100 ahahah
Priority objectives are a good system for new players but boring, and the world event really sucks because it just messes with your average combat flow and modifiers are unbalanced and weird/buggy, but the season pass and smaller changes are very good and enjoyable
The journey 5 "Rusher kill" target is easy, I have 94 of 100 without knowing how it is working. they came naturely. So I skip the two last of the journey 5.
Journey missions are so grindy, these are made only for veterans players dont know what devs were thinking making objectives, 70% of players wont even be bothered with them. J7 should give atleast 10 exo caches and 7mil xp.
No.... I shown you it all in the video but here we are; - Tons of XP - A lot of exotic components - lots of caches and other resources - tons of season pass xp - four active modifiers for the new seasonal modifier system - exotic caches - a hunter mask There is honestly a shit ton of stuff
@GCROCK My point is all that stuff you mentioned (other than the mask) you can get by playing normally… and don’t have to subject yourself to the ridiculousness of a lot of those journey tasks. After about 4 hours of normal CP/Open World activity farming, the Manhunt, a handful of Priority Missions, and Daily Objectives, you’ve gotten Tons of XP, & the Season Pass is complete giving you all that. So the only real reason to keep doing the journey past II is for the mask. And as far as unlocking Modifiers go, their only actual purpose is to be able to complete the Journey. (to get the mask)
@@ahhfreshhh the modifiers are not just for the seasonal journey. I don't really get the complaint. Out of curiosity, what were you expecting? In a way is it not good that the reward is not something that you really want if you don't like the journey?
Add modifiers to that. It's just an odd system that doesn't tie in with the world of being a Division agent. Damage reduction because of range or reflective damage is not something that makes sense logically for the Division world. Being sold as "because of enemy modifiers" is too far removed. It's something to do, but that's all it is. I lose immersion as a Division agent; then, I have no connection to the game. All I have is watered-down manhunts to log in and do for 20 minutes because, like you said, the other options are boring: either a seasonal journey checklist or the illusion of choice in primary objectives instead of earning seasonal XP however I want. Change for the sake of change is not improvement.
I personally like it. I think you're not understanding something fully. I get an exotic like every other priority objective. Almost done with Journey 7.
I love Modifiers, and Priority Objectives and Journey missions. I already love this Season, Devs made excelent Job! Yeah don't play it then, you don't have to bitch about it!
@ I mean, don’t get me wrong, the prio objectives are pretty good, but they’re not fun to do I can tell you that right now, yes it gives you resources and EXP, but it doesn’t really make any difference when you’re doing it 5-6 of them in one sitting. Makes everything boring especially the Seasonal Journey. It’s just what I’m experiencing right now.
For throwers at long range with Cull the Weak for Journey Mission 7 and for throwers at mid range with Quicken for Journey Mission 6…I went to Potomac Event Center. Journey 7 destroy enemy gadgets u can do that in the wony mission when you have to destroy the razor back also when you have to destroy keener skills.
Summit works too. In the floors where you have to capture SHD crate, don't capture it and just let it spawn gadgets.

The range indicator should of been red for close and blue for long range. Red for danger, targets right on you.
yeah that makes sense, would be cool if we could customise the indicators ourselves! ;)

Journey 5 and 7 are pain
No pain no gain
50:33 damn is so ez hahahah... but i am so stupid to think i can do like that, so i just found a black tusk dronner and left with him 1v1 and let him spawn his 2 drones till i get 100 ahahah
8:50 That gear set with the new holster 👀
The name is Southwest, NOT the direction of the map. That's what was confusing TF outta me
I'm already rank 88 on the season and have only done 4 of the journey challenges.. Really confused..
I did the first stage and got to level 100. I was level 2. Its a bug
Priority objectives are a good system for new players but boring, and the world event really sucks because it just messes with your average combat flow and modifiers are unbalanced and weird/buggy, but the season pass and smaller changes are very good and enjoyable
You could probably combine 30 long range named with the 15 control points in journey 5
The journey 5 "Rusher kill" target is easy, I have 94 of 100 without knowing how it is working. they came naturely. So I skip the two last of the journey 5.
sheeeeetfier is the worst thing happened to DIVISION2
Makes no sense giving us 5 exotic components & then giving us one exotic item in the next journey mission
Journey missions are so grindy, these are made only for veterans players dont know what devs were thinking making objectives, 70% of players wont even be bothered with them.
J7 should give atleast 10 exo caches and 7mil xp.
Clown ❤
Gear modding appearance collection is missing can't see them
So the Journey is not a new content? Unbelievable, they just tell the players to play the same missions one more time and named it like something new.
Servers are total sh!t today.. can't even finish a mission without a disconnect. Ubish!t
I dont like decent
Modifiers ruined the game for me, Absolute garbage and not fun at all.
All they had to do to get most people excited is release a new area/expansion.
That's still coming.
You can turn off modifiers
Deactivate the modifiers - it´s all good for u ;)
I quit fk this game
Clown
All that for a mask….
No.... I shown you it all in the video but here we are;
- Tons of XP
- A lot of exotic components
- lots of caches and other resources
- tons of season pass xp
- four active modifiers for the new seasonal modifier system
- exotic caches
- a hunter mask
There is honestly a shit ton of stuff
Please make a video on Journey mission 7 without a nemesis mission...which one is easy I need a guide please help...
Priority OBJ and Seasonal Journey are BORING 🥱 It ain’t fun at all
Add modifiers to that.
@ Modifiers are ass
