Just simply the gold standard for video and audio reproduction on this platform. No idea how you are able to overcome the compression demons that plague other so called 4K channels on TH-cam. But however you do it please keep doing it!

@@ErtywekPL I used to call TH-cam´s algorithms a greedy beast. 🙂
I think it's due in part to the fact that TH-cam gives these videos the AV1 codec. Most TH-cam videos only get AVC/H.264, which gives you a lot less compression-bang-for-your-buck.

Yeah. There's many videos on TH-cam that's says "4k" or "8k" but really looks like 2.5k. In this channel 4k is 4k

Забавно, что об авторах Я узнал, когда начал проверять на что была способна моя первая плазма на 4к. Я Коста-Рику наблюдал. Затем взял 8к и смотрел Перу) Вот бы Гавайи наблюдать, сидя там на пляже. Но... В любом случае я теперь знаю как это могло бы быть😊

hello, there! can I pls know which gears and camera equipments do u use to shoot this kinda CRAZY beautiful films?:))
i figured it out. 8K isn't available by itself. it's only 8K + HDR. if HDR isn't turned on youtube won't show 8K in the available resolutions. i wasn't aware youtube integrated HDR. and apparently windows doesn't automatically switch in to HDR for youtube like it does for movies. you have to switch to HDR manually.

@@JacobKatieSchwarz somebody told me for people to watch 8K without HDR you would need 2 versions, normal 8K and 8K + HDR.
now I can see what my old 12bit H-IPS, CCFL Dell Monitor is capable of. Insane colours and depth. it's 102% NTSC which is more than AdobeRGB, also 30Bit output. Insane colours.

Is this video still showing you the option to select 8k? It looks like all videos are not in 8k anymore on this channel.
On other channels i cant still select 8k but here "only" 4k (2160p60).
Do you use color correction?
