Try out this absolute Cauliflower Tikka Masala recipe which has an extraodinary flavour of spices blended together to give this amazing punjabi sabzi. This sabzi is prepared in a super easy way with tips and without cream and yet get a smooth and creamy sabzi.
Servings - 5
Ingredients :
250 gm cauliflower
For marination -
4 tbsp curd
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp gram flour or besan
2 tbsp Oil
1 big cardamom
½ small cineman stick
3 cloves
2 cardamom
1 green chilli
½ inch ginger
12 to 15 cashews
4 medium sized diced tomato
¼ cup water
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp ghee
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp asafoetida or hing
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
¼ cup water
Salt to taste
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
¾ cup water
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp kasoori methi or dry fenugreek leaves
Garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves
