Wow your kids are really growing fast, nice to see your Adventure again must PWS Glacier ice we traveled around that sound for 4 months in 1984 and it was like a Gost town not very many people was a experance of our life time, Please keep up the great videos. Thank you
I just found your channel and I'm so glad I use to watch the tv program but don't have the channel anymore I just love your family and hope everyone is doing well 😊
Hello Kilcher family. I have been a fan since the beginning of AFF. Sparrow and Findley are beautiful wholesome humans. Love your boat. I remember the episode when you were putting her together. Eiven, easy on the throttle matey.😁 Eve, your laugh is so infectious. Makes me smile. You Guys Rock!❤
Nice to see you on You tube, we found you through Out door Boys channel. We have missed watching you on discovery.. looking forward to seeing what you all have been up to .
Great video! This is my new favorite videos to watch. I guess Discovery’s loss your gain😂 wonderful to still watch and see how the kids have grown up so much. Keep up the good work and look forward to next one.❤
I love your TH-cam channel. It's so much better than your TV show, where it was too scripted! This is truly you and your family. Thank you for sharing and letting us get to know the real you.
your right, technically this could be part of frozen waterfall that feel into the ocean, however Considering there is a MASSIVE glacier just a few miles away that is constantly sluffing I've into the sea (and I mean constantly, like every 5 minutes chunks the size of a house fall into the ocean) it's much more likely that is from the glacier.
@@kilcher_homestead WOW I did not relise how close to the ice shelf you really live, I remember in the series you took a trip to the ice shelf a few years back, was amazing to see. Thank you for the reply, much appreciated :)
What a great video! We used to get ice from the bergs in Seward! Any ideas what I can do with my Granddaughter (7) in Homer this July while my oldest daughter is out Halibut fishing? My wife and I are going to hang out at the spit with her, and just wondering if there are any cool activities we could do while waiting for the mighty fisher girl to get back with her haul?!
I appreciate your concern, but we believe in creating an environment where our children learn to understand and manage risks. If they had fallen in, I would have pulled them out immediately. Both of my kids are strong swimmers and were wearing their life preservers. This experience helps them build confidence and awareness in challenging situations.
Wow so great to see you! I really miss ATLF. I have thought about you many times over the years since the last season. The kiddos are really growing! Findley’s expression near the end had Otto written all over his face. Same expression I’ve seen Otto do several times! Got a good chuckle from that! All the best! ❤ Em in Ohio
Wow!! So cool to see you and Eve again, it’s been forever when Findley was just a baby. Super glad to see you guys are back up doing your thing on TH-cam, I seriously would search every year for a new season of that old show your family was on. It was so disappointing how that network hung everyone out to dry. Best wishes to you all, love that you guys are back. ❤️🇨🇦
Hey thanks so much for watching. I'm trying to grow my to grow my TH-cam channel and every bit helps. If you don't mind sharing my videos to friends and family who might be fans of the Kilchers that would really help the channel.
Really awesome that centuries old ice is now chilling your freezer. Southern girl here so we have no ice. We did get to see the wonders of the Aurora Borealis tonight and that was amazing!
Where did you see aurora? We are about 75 miles SW of Atlanta airport and saw nothing last night. Too overcast tonight. 😢 Guess I’ll have to go to Alaska. 😊
This may sound like a dumb question, but does iceberg ice taste any different from any other ice? When you melt it and drink the water, does it taste better?
2:46 Eve: "Women are so much more intelligent!" Eivin: [silence] (because he is intelligent enough to know better!) HAHAHA Love the adventures you guys, thanks for sharing! -Dusty FYI - I cannot turn on the notification bell for your channel, You may get more views if you change settings on your end.
I Grew up in Southern Michigan. I have always been fascinated with the Amish people and how the make thier ice houses to keep things cold all year long.
There was an episode of, ‘Alaska:The Last Frontier’ series 6, in which they showed Eivin and his friends, who own a boat building yard in Homer, I think, building the boat. But they didn’t state exactly what the model classification was. The name of the boat is the Fairnorth Rose.
The questions they ask are so genuine. As a parent, it’s so important to protect those innocent questions. They just want to learn🤍
I love the way the kids rushed to put on their life jackets when you said the titanic sunk from hitting an iceberg. Lol
*how do we know it’s 10000 years old?* 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Sparrow asked what most of us were thinking but didn’t have the guts to question.
Glad I’m here along for the ride. You all starting your own TH-cam is the best thing ever!
What excellent parents you two are! Teaching & leading your kids in life, that is wholesome
This is the first time I've seen iceberg lettuce chilled by an actual iceberg. Love your charming wholesome videos!
Lol, that's funny. We didn't think of that.
I love the personal time that y’all have with the four of you how kind you are to each other and enjoy yourself and educational with fun y’all blessed to watch in this day and time
Eve& Eivan were my favourite on Alaska's last frontier- . Findlay and Sparrow are adorable love from England 🇬🇧
I'm an Environmental Science graduate from lethbridge college in Alberta Canada. And you are 100% correct on the age of that ice.👍
Those kids are growing up fast, you have a beautiful family. Very entertaining, thank you
Love that you guys bring the kids along on all the adventures
I remember watching back when you built your boat👍👍👍. Glad to see you making your own vlogs ❤️❤️❤️.
Glad you like them!
Well where did eve smell the poop at Lol that eve laughing was funny
I LOVE THAT THE KIDS HAVE FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS & JUST DON'T ACCEPT EVERYTHING AS FACT. I THINK THAT'S A SIGN OF GREAT PARENTING.
Wow your kids are really growing fast, nice to see your Adventure again must PWS Glacier ice we traveled around that sound for 4 months in 1984 and it was like a Gost town not very many people was a experance of our life time, Please keep up the great videos. Thank you

Still think Eiven is punching above his weight limit. Been a long time fan, from down under.

Thank you so much 🤗
What excellent parents you two are! Teaching & leading your kids in life!🙏🙏
Love watching from Tennessee
You might try a limb saw to cut the ice into handable sizes. That is what the people use to make cubes to make ice shelters.
Harvesting an iceberg! That is amazing! Thank you for this video!
The kids have grown up so quick enjoy catching up on youtube now as missed here in the uk
Ooh the kids scare me getting so close to end of ramp!! But a fun video.
Fun video. Looking forward to catching up! Me and my wife loved the show 😁
So cool to have a patial iceberg for ice.
I love your video's and seeing the kiddo's living life on the boat. Scary but cool.
Enjoying the channel❤
Vuelvan a la tv. Se extrañan demasiado
eve still beautiful
1:56 BOOM! Smart kid!!!!
Sparrow is very intelligent, that ice could be from last winters fall and not the ice shelf.

It was scary watching the kids walk out the ramp one miss step and they’re in that icy water

I really enjoy these little videos, so much more than the big production made for tv stuff.
Beautiful video😂😂😂😂😂😂
Another great Kilcher adventure, thanks for taking us along. 😀
Could you send me a couple of TONS down here in TEXAS?! We’re baking in 104* heat right now (we were just TOO far west of the hurricane trac)…

Are there videos of you building your boat or was that only on tv? I remember watching on TV long time ago😊
Thank you
Is it me or Is Eve the captain of the fun police
This may sound like a dumb question, but does iceberg ice taste any different from any other ice? When you melt it and drink the water, does it taste better?
Nice family outing and it was a pretty COOL 😎 trip!
Thanks for sharing guys!
KOOL
Was that a fuel blivet on the bow of the boat?
0:28 Tritium-free!
2:46 Eve: "Women are so much more intelligent!" Eivin: [silence] (because he is intelligent enough to know better!) HAHAHA Love the adventures you guys, thanks for sharing! -Dusty

Looks like a fun day on the water!
"Wait! How do we know that?" Very perceptive question for a young child. Question everything! And don't worry if it irritates the adults.
That ain't the titanic!
I Grew up in Southern Michigan. I have always been fascinated with the Amish people and how the make thier ice houses to keep things cold all year long.
That was an awesome way to teach the kids to be resourceful ❤🌎
Awesome Thanks so much for sharing
wow that ice is so clear !
What model boat is that?
what kind of boat is that?? its awesome!!
Hello there just wondering what is the brand Model of your boat
There was an episode of, ‘Alaska:The Last Frontier’ series 6, in which they showed Eivin and his friends, who own a boat building yard in Homer, I think, building the boat. But they didn’t state exactly what the model classification was. The name of the boat is the Fairnorth Rose.
Bay Weld built in Homer Alaska
Always thinkin Ivan🎉.
JO JO IN VT 💞
O that laugh!! Guilty!😂
The only thing missing was fishing rods what is in the bladder in the front of the boat
That is a 100 gallon fuel bladder. On long trips I bring extra fuel then transfer it to the main tank and roll up and stow the bladder
As we say down south, just because you were conceived in the back of a Jeep doesn't mean you're part Cherokee!
👍👋🎣
Wonderful seeing all of you
Harvesting the ice is a pretty cool family adventure
