Temtem OST - Competitive Battle Theme

With the Early Access 0.5.16 ranked matchmaking update for Temtem, a new track was added for whenever you play in a competitive match.
(For fun I also added in the victory sound at the end for when you win a competitive match)
Temtem is still in early access and is slated for a more full release in 2021.
