My dietitian told me years ago, cause I am a very fast eater, not chewer, that eat your food with a fork or chopsticks, truly her tip has worked till now. I lost not only a lot of weight by this technique, I can enjoy my foods and not be the first one at the table that is done with her food, looking strange in eyes of everyone. It truly is a nice way to slow down and let your brain tells your body you are full. Perfect technique my friends.

Not sure what you use for the sauce but I make mine like my granny does. Tomato sauce and tomato paste. And she made it with ground beef and mozzarella cheese. Yummy. But for me she always made it without ricotta or cottage cheese because she knew I didn't like either in my food. Weird, huh? Lol

I think its cuz of how long it will take. Usually when i eat lasagna i finish it fast lol. Chipsticks made it last longer for the asmr
