You have to press L1+L2+O at once, especially with players with 5 star skill moves, but it is not excluded that you can do it with one with 4,3 skill moves.
At the perfect moment, pres L1+L2+O for flair shot, but is working just with 4 or 5 skill moves players (Coman). Scorpion Kick just press L2+O in a good moment.
You need a 4K 60FPS capture card, preferably the Elgato one, a monitor that supports 4K resolution and most importantly a PC that can edit videos in 4K and that will cost you the most.
That first Ronaldo goal was like the one he scored against Porto. The second Haaland goal was like the one Maxi Rodriguez scored in the World Cup against Mexico.
