Great video, Joe! I played Nightfighter Ace in the same series and really enjoyed it. This one seems to add some very interesting new mechanics like maneouvres.
@@StukaJoe it's good. You'll enjoy it. Have you looked up Amerika bomber? lots of fun. So far it's come back without a scratch or barely make it back at all. I'm going to go quickly through the interceptor ace rules and then look at that playthrough. Counters punched n ready to get shot down. Great video as always.
Hi Stuka Joe. I've recently discovered solitaire game with Nightfighter aces and this one. I've question : when you fight against escort your apply the fighter damage table (as me) but I saw in an other playthrought that you have to apply the other one (bomber & fighter damage table) by applying Airframe hits and ignoring "gunner hit" (when you draw a GP damage). Which one is the correct one ?
I was disappointed to Interceptor after having played Hunters and Nightfighter ace. There is hardly any exciting looking for enemy convoys or bombers in sky. Just roll and immediately you are on target which is of course because of daytime op. Its good game but not awesome like those 2 were for me. Lacking excitement and tension really

Thanks, Håkan. I haven't tried Nightfighter Ace, yet, but I like the concept of these games, which are high in storytelling and inmersion value.

it seems alike a very slow moving game.
It's actually much quicker to play when you are familiar with the mechanics. I go slow in the video to show each of the steps.
