Totally agree! I found after my diagnosis that I try and see the glass half-full in everything, and I always try and see the good in everything. Not always easy, especially when having a bad day, but having MS has amplified my positivity, and I wouldn't have necessarily thought that possible after a life-changing diagnosis, but it definitely has! Great to hear you have a positive mind-set too.

@Laura Cameron Hey thanks for the comment. I truly believe that every situation we find ourselves in has 2 reactions, positive or negative. Once you realise this it becomes easier to be more positive and I'm sure everyone would agree if you can put a positive spin on it then even if the outcome is the same you feel better about it. I think for me having MS has helped to strengthen this kind of outlook as there will always be people living with MS and having a more difficult time of it than myself so when I have a flare up of one thing or another it is very easy to think glad it's not any worse instead of why is my health so bad. Positivity is the key to reducing stress and I personally think that stress is like a cancer for MS. The stress is the catalyst that gives MS its power and I will do my best to make sure my MS gets no energy from me.

Totally agree. It's terrifying what stress can do to our MS - positivity all the way!!

@@MyMSstory Yep, I've got the disease ... as for me, the biggest change has involved accepting that I can't control everything. That probably sounds weird, because no one can have that much control over life, but MS has taught me to accept quite a lot as out of my control. Cool to think about! Take care

My MS Hey there, I was just wondering how things are? as not seen a video from you for a while. The first hundred subs are the hardest and it’s difficult not to get despondent. Once I got to a 100, subs it slowly got quicker. I hope all is well with you.

@@NeilBradleyMS Hey mate. Thanks for the message. I'm doing quite well at the minute. Ive had some stressful times so I've had to cut back on doing a few things so I can consentrate on getting this task done without getting overwhelmed. It's all done now and my health has stayed strong so just made a video and uploading it as we speak. How are you getting on now? Have you seen any improvement? Speak soon mate
