If you have this mini printer and if it's not printing or the print in the paper is very light not dark then try changing your thermal paper. I had this same problem and I thought I got the damage product. But then I bought a new thermal paper. Now it works very well and it's print is also very dark. Thank me later.
Last sorry can you recommend other pens that wont get erased when used on the sticker paper i cant find faith pen here in the philippines thank you so much

This Printer always print a black and white print. And only color roll available for this printer. But this printer is not print them colorful picture, just paper roll is colorful. Thank you 😊
