Sir it can only be applicable to the moveable properties? If yes how? N what if one does give his position of a estate to other man for a period of 2 years does it will be a contract or a bailment? Please do answer sir.
It is called symbolic delivery when you deliver the symbol instead of the actual thing. For example if I have to deliver a car to you and I give you the keys and papers of car instead of the physical car itself. When I delivered the papers and keys of the car, it is a symbolic delivery.
