Nope, this guy is known on the Steam and Muv-Luv translation forums for spreading negativity and hate. There is no official source and even he knows the translation team posted that they had to reach out to developers to find out if this track would be replaced or not. He posted in that thread too so he has no excuse for not knowing this.
I read through this yesterday and I don't see what you're referring to. Nowhere in that post do they even mention Assault Landing and later they even posted "We already forwarded a message to the developers asking if we will be removing or replacing any of the OSTs from Alternative." meaning they don't know and at the time they made the post you linked they didn't know either. What part exactly makes you feel that they won't include this in Alternative?

It's a pastiche of the Kendathu Drop from Starship Troopers and they devs don't seem to wanna risk any legal action being taken against them.
