My Siemens device gives the message "Door is open", when it is not and no door is open. Also, by turning the device off and on, the message remains and the device has no function. What do you think this sign is? Thanks

Hi, I have an EQ5 macchiato plus, it doesn't make coffee, it takes the coffee beans and grinds them, no coffee comes out of the machine. The coffee grounds are hot, it can lower hot water without a problem, has run the self-cleaning program several times but without success. What could be the reason for this? Thanks for the help.
Achting!! Beim durchmessen der Pumpe muss mann beachten dass eine diode im gehäuse anwessend ist. Nür in eine richting gibt es einen messwerd von ungefähr 640 ohm.
Hi, kannst du mir sagen wie ich die Düse bzw den auslauf ausgebaut bekomme ? Habe alle seitenverkleidung ab, auch oben ist alles frei. Dennoch weiss ich nicht wie ich den Kopf ausgebaut bekomme!

Bitte um Hilfe, wass könnte bei meine Maschine kaputt sein?

Mine had similar problem . Grinding blades become dull. Test it with already grinded coffee with powder

Bei mir geht die Brüheinheit nicht. Obwohl alles sauber ist. Kommt unter Brüheinheit reinigen. Ich bekomme kein Kaffee mehr.
Was wurde dort mit dem Multimeter gemessen?
Ist eine spule , hab nur gemessen ob da eine Unterbrechung ist. Es muss Durchgängig sein und eine Ohmiche Widerstand haben.
