Great video. i was surprised how complicated it is to work with choices. before i found the video i spend hours trying to figure out how to set the default value in a form using choices. the internet had so much misinformation, i was so close to just go with a string but had it working in the end.

Many thanks. When I set my DefaultSelectedItem to {Value:ThisItem.}, PowerApps 'thinks' the box is blank until I go back in and re-select the item again. Any ideas why please?
