This war is far from over, even after the Aerial Fleet was taken down.

Emmeria called a tactical retreat all way back to Khesed Island all the Emmerian forces on the mainland surrender to the Estovakian Forces except at Silvat, Ragno Fortress probably surrenderd since they didnt had any backup.
idk about this glitch or is it something else but in the very same mission I noticed a squad of random Estovakia planes spawn in after the final mission update (top end map border). Looked like su30s. But when I went to engage them missiles couldn't lock on and they could not even be targeted(no green box around em.). They were just there random planes who just flew in circles not attacking or defending. Had to take them out with guns and an Estovakian comms said they were hit
No matter who wins the war... Everyone lose... Would probably easyer to help a nations in need than forcing em to start a war since they cant help themself otherwise...
Emmeria did help Estovokia though, up until the first mission of the game, Emmeria had been sending aide to Estovokia to help them recover from a civil war and a natural disaster.
@@gpedre21 No idea, it's implied Estovokia had been taken over by a fascist dictatorship after the civil war, they probably wanted Emmeria's vast territory and natural resources... but their end-goal was very unclear... "The Generals" as they're called, are never seen or heard at any point in the game so we have no idea what their justifications or motivations were for the invasion, however their plans of invasion and domination don't appear to be shared by the population, as many enemies express discontent at their orders, and "The Generals" are eventually overthrown by the end of the game.
@@trainknut This is pretty much the same as Ace Combat X where your country Aurelia has been sending aid to Leasath but all of it was secretly spent on weapons and the military while using propaganda to smear Aurelia.
In ace combat, don't expect a country to only have one line of fighter jets from one manufacturer. I forgot which it was but I was had a mission where I literally ended up in a turning battle with an F-22 and two SU-27. I know, it doesn't make much sense but so is a fighter jet carrying 100+ different types of missiles in one mission hahaha
They also use F-15s and Apaches in this mission... as well as F-16s, F/A-18s, A-10s, Mirage-2000s, and many many more in other missions. In fact, even though they appear to be inspired by the Soviet Union and it's successor countries... the only actual Russian vehicles they ever use in-game are the SU-33 Flankers used by the Strigon team.
I see, does this happen only in scripted events or its actually a mechanic where if the player does nothing for long enough, all allied planes can be downed?
@@lordpigster It's not scripted, but part of the mission mechanic. When enough allied units are destroyed, one of the missions will fail. If it's an essential mission or just one too many the entire stage will fail. So yes, the player can doom it all by doing nothing.

I always found the SFFS an OP weapon on this mission. Fly at high level and wipe out whole tank columns when dropped.

Actually, Major Hamilton was killed by a ricocheting Belkan fighter, not a shutter.
Ace Combat 7 the last drone tried to close the tunnel on Trigger but he and Count were fast enough to reach the end
