I think i know why they still haven't added presets, it's because it doesn't help the casual whale. It doesn't hinder them in any way, but it does not help them. Only reason i can see that being the case, because honkai impact has presets, and the loadouts there are very simple. (Just 3 "artifacts" and a weapon)
