I went Saylla in November 2019. You're right I would call it chicharron . Didn't stp at Huasao , we proceeded further south to another little town which I called bread village because they were making and selling bread everywhere. Then we finished our day trip in another village where there's a beautiful church. Thanks for you yet another interesting video. 👍😀
