- Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi ripped into Congress by comparing India’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and incumbent PM Narendra Modi. He said, “PM Modi refused to attend BJP’s parliamentary meeting where PM Candidate was to be decided in 2013 whereas, Pt Nehru received zero votes in CWC meeting of 1946 and still become PM later.

Sir Sri modi is the first democratically elected pm of bharat with simple majority in 2014 . Nehru manipulated pm post in 1947 even as no congress comitee supported him ?
