    Main difference powerfiter aur bodybuilder me diet ka hota hai. .. Bodybuilding ek sadhi hui aur hight protein diet ka khel, powerlifting me koi khas way protein pr depend nhi hota , moderate protein diet k wja se muscle volume kam rehta hai. .. Aur bulking ke lie koi khas gear nhi chalta hai

    Strength is more important and cooler than show off of steroid based muscles. Also we can gain lot of strength than size naturally. Paul Anderson and Louis Cyr never used steroid but they were the strongest on earth. Today no one have gained that much strength steroidically or naturally. According to me strength is more important than size.
    Bodybuilding is full of steroids but we can compete in powerlifting competitions naturally. Powerlifting is better than bodybuilding. We can gain pretty good stength without genetics too like Eugen Sandow but bodybuilding without good genetics is very difficult. Ronnie Coleman is the greatest of all time 💪💪💪.

    Many people are confused about the most popular strength sports. Let me explain briefly
    Bodybuilding :- to build muscle mass and showcase it. As the name goes body's muscle building. We all know that. Example :- Ronnie , Jay, phil
    Olympic weightlifting :- who can "snatch" and "clean and jerk" the highest weight. It is a tough motion of weight movement above your head. Ex. Lasha Talakhadze, pyrros Dimas, Naim Suleymanoglu (pocket hercules)
    Powerlifting :- who can deadlift, squat and bench press the heaviest weight. Example:- Blaine summer, Larry wheels, Sergey mashintcov.
    Strongman :- the ultimate strength sport. The person who can move, throw, press and pull the heaviest object. There are different objects which you need to move. All objects will be irregular objects and raw objects. There are barbells and plates but mostly it is a raw strength sport. There is no specified technique like other two above sports. Example:- Brian Shaw, Eddie Hall, Hafthor Bjornsson.
