    The project is situated merely 500 mt from the Western Express Highway and about a kilometer from the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The project’s west side faces railway tracks, while the eastern side faces the Western Express Highway.
    Omkareshwar project will have two wings of 21 floors each. While wing B’s 1st to 17th floors are reserved for the old tenants as the project is a redevelopment scheme, its 18 to 21 floors will be open for sale along with the entire A wing. Each floor will have 6 units in both the wings. The developer is offering 1.5BHK and 2BHK and one can choose from an area of 445 sf and 545 sf.
    The foundation work is currently underway, and the project is RERA registered; possession is slated for 2027.
    There is a three-level basement parking that is planned for the project, but at an additional cost. A double-height entrance lobby, an atrium which will have all the amenities such as a gymnasium, mini-theatre, multipurpose hall, kids’ play area, walkways, senior citizens’ corner, and a mezzanine floor will be in each of the wings.
    Three elevators will be provided, one of which will be a service elevator. The developer calls it a "no wastage plan," as landscaping is planned around the project.
