On episode 2 of "WHERE 2 BANG" we travel to FitKoh gym/Lionheart Muay Thai training Camp in the paradise island of Koh Samui, Thailand.
I really loved this gym it has the best location I have trained Muay Thai at in Koh Samui, with 2 options of training at the gym side or at the beachside gym. The beachside one of the most beautiful beaches in Samui and YES your right on the beach training Thaiboxing, although you can only train a private Muay Thai session on the beachside as it is also a little cafe/restaurant but it was well worth it!. After a good workout enjoy a swim in the clear blue ocean and have a protein shake or a healthy meal.
I also wanted to point out that the Muay Thai trainer I worked with was very good, he corrected techniques, controlled my breathing and just really took his time to take care of his nak muay.
FitKoh Gym / Lion Heart Muay Thai Camp also has CrossFit and yoga programs. Highly recommended gym on the island so whether you are living in Thailand as an expat or just traveling to Samui Island on holiday, you should BANG here.
