Accusing her of an "error" seems harsh - rewatching the sequence where you explain obstacle 2 to her (3:10-3:30 or so), it looks to me as though you told her to do exactly what she did, and if that wasn't what you actually wanted, the error was yours!
She had watched the videos, she knew what was required, she was nervous like everyone else who had run the course. Never, never, lower the standards for anything.
