I think all the yarn companies are going smaller and raising the prices on stuff. Its sickening. Just like food pkgs getting smaller and prices rising. I gave a homeless 75 year old mom a ride yesterday. Made me cry. Thx for bringing positivity to our world. Loved the new yarns!
I knew about the silk worms and so I avoid it. I don’t like acrylic because it’s plastic but I do buy it and use it. I have a nice size stash now so maybe I will rethink what I buy going forth because I should really curb my spending on yarn. Glad you talked about the silk, polyester, and acrylic. Being allergic to wool I do mostly use acrylic, I have seen that some of the ethical silk farms use the cocoons after the worms have emerged so the worms are not killed. Stay safe love and hugs
