This is available in Asia? Here in North America the Carnivals will do a maximum of 8 passengers. If the vehicle you are showing is the same size as the ones we have here, then with that 4th row occupied, all the luggage would have to go on the roof.

Malaysia has the pre-facelift 11 seater variant fitted with 2.2 turbo diesel engine. Dunno if this answers your question.

kia carnival has a huge critical deal-breakers. and those are: no awd option and no pano-roof option.
@@kellyaustin7487 if the car brand want be a number one van and be very competitive on the market ,. to be king of vans car must have everything or almost everything. fairly enough models of vans have awd option and pano-roof. i can give you like around 6-7 names if not more.
Two sunroofs is a great consolation and unless you live somewhere that it snows a lot then most people won’t care about the lack of AWD. You don’t get a vehicle like this to do serious towing anyway.
@@MKF27 beside the comfort it is marketing matter as well. if you want be a number 1 van and king of vans you must have everything or almost everything. it is critical and it is deal-breakers. and one more thing kia does not have a same reputation (and obviously durability & reliability) as honda or toyota have and kia needs to be better in something so it is not that simple. it is not about snow or rain only.
@@johnreno8909 yeah but that narrative is changing. My family and I have had Honda’s and Toyotas for years so I get it. But let’s not sell this vehicle short. They are listening to their consumers which is why the brand is growing. I had more issues with my recent Hondas that the Kia and Hyundai vehicles that friends own in the last 5-7 years. Plus not everyone demands AWD anymore or the panoramic roof. There are a lot of people who would prefer not to have it. If you’re only speaking for your POV then it’s understandable but no vehicle has “everything” per say. If it does then we aren’t gonna be happy with the price tag. The industry has always been give and take. Even for Honda and Toyota. They have plenty of short comings themselves. We ignore some of them because of familiarity and past history.
@@MKF27 i said option ,.. not mandatory. just option of awd or pano-roof. if someone wants just without them that totally ok and they can buy them even cheaper trim without them. and i said reliability in general. of course there is cases when customer was happier with kia than with honda / toyota. everybody has a different taste. and technical problems can happened with any brands.
