Hi Rolling Watermelon, nice video editing but im quite sad about the food at this Bazaar, this from my side not from yours or others, please take my comment with a grain of salt and this comment is not about closing ones shop or stall but simply pointing the problem with our Ramadan Bazaar.
As a Shah Alam natives, Bazaar Seksyen 13 used to be glamorous and cheap, an epitome of Bazaar, the true meaning of Malaysian Bazaar, but now, the conditions there is much worse, as if they allowed people that can prepare mediocre dish a ticket to open a stall there.
1. The Ayam Golek is burnt, that is not char but burn yet still the seller sells it, what a joke, no quality control whatsoever.
2. The popiah looks nice, its an easy dish where one cant messed up preparing it.
3. The Ayam Madu looks fresh! You can see the sincerity of the person preparing the dish.
4. That is the saddest looking Roti John, very thin layer of meat, might as well call it Roti Telur.
5. That meatball look frozen, look at it being rubbery and dry, wont kill you to make your own from scratch (Meat, egg, seasoning, breadcrumb)
6. The Murtabak looks good! I still remember Murtabak Ayam price is RM2.50 and Daging is RM3.00
7. The kuih muih in here is great, no pretentious kuih being shown here except for Donut, but still OK.
8. You might as well make your own Mac and Cheese, ridiculous prices from this vendor, but legit the cheese is imported and non-processed is better than processed cheese.
9. Avoid buying Char Kuey Teow at Ramadan Bazaar, better go to a more famous one or established stall around Shah Alam.
10. Cucur Udang looks fresh and tasty, the vendor really knows how to serve good Cucur.
11. Seafood looks okay, you cant expect it to be fresh as we are miles away from the sea, but still acceptable.
Overall, Shah Alam Bazar is just a shadow decades ago where top vendor serving up quality meal and food at reasonable prices, but due to Covid and the increase of prices, most of the vendor retired or went to other places/tapak. Dear vendor, we dont ask for much, just prepare us good quality food, dont cekik us too much because we are also surviving in this economy.

Suggestion from a banker friend overseas after viewing this Ramadan Bazaar video:
[16/03, 12:51 am] Andrew: Dear Steven. #1. Seating arrangements should not be a prerequisite for every stall as they take up valuable space and need maintenance, which the individual stores are not equipped to provide as each is probably operating on a survival mode. Two tents ⛺️ with long tables and benches should be configured to provide the option of a seat down meal. This setup is conducive to a family meal at affordable prices. #2 Air conditioning the tents is a detrimental idea as rapid turnover of seating is necessary to handle the crowd. Plastic drapes could be drawn to keep the fleeting rain at bay. 3. Service and maintenance staff should be on hand to wipe and clean the table for the next customer. Extra costs could be borne by the local government as a subsidy
[16/03, 12:51 am] Andrew: #4. A stage should be constructed for local performers, sponsored by private or crown corporations. Diners could stay around after dinner to watch the shows with their family. Local talent would be given the opportunity to develop and improve their talent. #5. Unintended, but the inclination to bring the three races to interact with one another is the crowning achievement of nation building. #6. ANWAR administration should encourage his mininters and top officials to eat at the Bazaar to meet the constituents and promote more racial harmony. #7. A stall should be inserted to feed the truly poor who will probably go without dinner that evening. A vigorous vetting system to separate the scammers and the flat broke should be implemented for government aid. Hence, Malaysia 🇲🇾 can assure the 🌎 that no one in the land goes to bed hungry. #8, #9, #10, etc. to be discussed.
Thank you for watching 😀
GOOOOOOOOOOOOD SHOW!!!!!
Tqqqqqqqqqq 😝😜🤪🍉
