The match was over, The Iranian was awarded 2 for back exposure, the American had stopped but the other wrestler kept going. I think he was upset for having no answers to stop the opponent and that he got manhandled at the end, when the match was finished. The American was not ready for the skill set of the Iranian wrestler that day. Maybe after some more practice.
If you listen close enough at the end i dont think he slammed him at all tbh when the whistle blew he realized and i think set him down on his feet a little hard but a slam is forsure louder

@@erik5024 I wasn’t referring to the the ending I was referring to the part where the Iranian is ahead by 8 points and the game is stopped for the medics to have a look at the Iranian Wrestlers hand, after he comes back, the American wrestler doesn’t shake his hand. And as far as the ending, unfortunately, the game of wrestling has had politics entered into it recently, and so many times it has happened that the points weren’t given, so the wrestlers are taught to carry on until the point is given! It’s not something that only the Iranians do it Almost all central Asian countries do it
