This was so good! I practice on the floor at the foot of my bed. With my legs stretched wide, I lean on and hold on (gently, of course 😊), to the bed fram for support. Great stretch! My shoelaces got knotted today 🥴 My left knee would not go over the right one….so I breathed into where I was and felt the stretch. I love when you tell us what we are targeting. It really helps me fine tune my shape to get the desired stretch. Thank you so much!!! See you tomorrow….on the mat!
Really enjoyed new pose - Shoelace and challenged myself to do Folded wings pose - at the beginning it was difficult, but after 25 seconds, got easier and body naturally stretched at the point when I calmed myself and relaxed. Great practice, Devi! Namaste!

I loved it except the golden wings it is still a backbend for me. In vinyasa yoga I do not have this but than you fo not rest ling in the pose.Thx ❤😊
