For some reason, it tells me to process only one file, and when I add "-o", at first it says it will process the file, but then it tells me to process only one file again for the same reason.
I don't understand why.

I ouput my hash to a .txt document because it was too large to display in cmd prompt... >500MB hash file.. fml

Hashcat will not work on RAR3$*1. If your hash starts with that this method will not work. Instead you will have to use john the ripper try and crack it.
