I love my day trips to Camden. I’m always pulled here. I have driven right to some of the sites of war with no map. I find graves in the Woods. Met a very knowledgeable Judge in Camden that secured funding to preserve some of the Land of a prior Battlefield in Camden. He was kind enough to spend a few hours of his time to walk that Land with me. I would stop dead in my tracks feeling things. Ask him if something happened in that spot. He would tell me yes. What happened . Each time I stopped it was where fighting occurred. Energy shot thru my whole body in one area near a muddy bog. That was where a lot of bloodshed occurred. Judge David Reuwer. Love to hear more about President George Washington coming to Camden.
You sound as though you may have a psychic gift. That, and/or you have tapped into past-life memories. Either way, I find your story incredibly interesting!
I would love to hear more about President Washington visiting Camden. All Camden video's skip over talking about his visit so I have come to the conclusion they don't know anything about it other than he passed through Camden. I did pick up a guidebook of sorts with historical sites of Camden. There is a house called The Washington House where a reception was supposedly held for the President, but they never feature that house in their video's, either. Or talk about the reception. I would think most or all of Camden's 'connected' people would have attended such an event. I'm a big fan of everything George Washington. Camden doesn't appear to put any importance on him.
A very nice video but many sites and items of importance were left out. I love visiting that area as it has so much importance from the Revolutionary War. Not a lot of input on the heroes of that war, and virtually nothing on President George Washington's visit to Camden. I would think Camden would put much emphasis on both and stop allowing Charleston, a great city in itself, to claim all the glory. And visitors. Camden is a hidden treasure that needs to be promoted much more than it is.
The picture of the “black” man in the nice coat at 14:21 is my GREAT GREAT GRANDFATHER JOHN DRAKEFORD! 🙏🏾
Really? Treasure your history!
I’m your cousin Chris Drakeford.
