After doing the conditioning and then wearing the mala for the first couple of days...you should preferably wear some old shirt....because the ghee that remains on the thread and within the crevices of the Rudraksha melts due to your body heat and stains your clothes! WFH helps in this case :))

Anna i had used a steel utensil while pouring my Rudraksha into ghee. It was not mentioned specifically in the instruction. I have conditioned it completely. I had used glass utensil for milk though.

I just purchased a mala n started wearing it n when I went temple (Amma , Maa or hanuman ji) just washed it in water of temple tap kept it in feet of Amma fr 5 min then again started wearing it. N my health started improving ( multiple issues)

@seema sharma Seema ji just buy tie it with white thread , wear it or go to any temple(hanuman ji shiv ji or durga MAA ) wash it once with water n keep it in infront of God idol for 2-5 min . Take it back wear it. And for happy life chant "Om namah shivaya om" . Keep chanting even if trouble come they will be solved with time don't panic. Happiness n peaceful life will be granted after few yrs of trouble in life.

But dear frn u need to understand the science being the food we eat. Onionetc food considered as tamsic ( Pitta increasing food) if pitta kafha vata gets imbalance heath will be imbalanced. Eat in moderation.
Another logic here is if you add onion garlic to food become very tasty and which will bind a person to eat more n bind to taste sense out of five like touch hear taste etc . So liberation/ mediation become little difficult . Eat u understand what I mean. From 2006 life have taught me many lessons n still learning even today.
If get struck in do n don'ts we will never cross the life cycle n reach vaikuntha/ Kailash . Rudraksha benefits are may.

yea i have heard about keeping for 3 days from another youtuber too who seems legit , i guess you can keep for 3 days theres no problem but make sure to keep in glass bowl and the mala is fully dipped in the ghee
its a year old question. The idea is to condition it, moisturize it, give it an extension of life so that you can keep using it as long as required. 24 hours as they say is minimum. Consider this 3 days during solstices , as an added advantage, 3 days wont harm anyways and it will be easy to remember also as those are still 6 months apart!

When the Mala gets delivered, do we need to condition it first and then wear, or we can wear it directly from the pouch and condition it after 6 months?

There are lot of confusions. Some say dip in oil overnight. Some say dipping in oil is not needed and they don't recommend . Some say rather dipping , just spray oil. No one says which is correct and which one can be harmful. Can u clarify

mohit sir i would like you to read this article which says to not soak rudraksh in ghee and milk because it can cause fungus/insects and also after application of vibhuti and then cleaning the mala ,still the cervices of the beads are not fully cleaned and have that vibhuti stuck in there somehwere which some people have said its not good since the sharp edges of the rudraksh beads need to be free from dirt else it will not radiate the energy fully 100% which I feel is right and even after thorough cleaning the ghee might still be stuck in the cotton thread inside which cannot be cleaned so it might catch fungus , although i trust isha alot and they said to apply ghee and milk i still feel its not good for the rudraksh
I feel application of oil every 3 or 6 months is best practice because it will not be stuck in the beads or cotton thread since its oil it will eventually drip down after wearing in neck and the body will abosrb it , using cold pressed sesame oil is best or mustard oil for anti bacterial properties
I want to know about your views on this because it is extremely important as we buy these rudraksh malas for everyone in the family or even 1 person it becomes costly affair , as it is the mala takes proper 6 months to fully integrate to our body energy and then who knows if this mala is gonna last long if it catches fungus and gets eaten up , beads breaking up is still fine since they can be replaced , so even buying new mala even if we have the money after its damaged does not fulfill the purpose because it will take another 6 months to start showing full results
this is pretty confusing , need your views ...................
Ghee will also be removed, in a few days because, body heat will melt it and oil/ghee does not cause fungus and do not take so much tension, it is also best to apply oil, just clean it with raw milk once.
