I think that the click bait crap shouldn't be allowed! You'll see an eyeshadow that's $2 but then it's actually $10 and a completely different one is $2. I'm hoping they fix that cause it's super annoying.
Also note that Wish is like eBay. Wish isn't being dishonest, the sellers are. Every item is a different seller. Some sellers are great, some suck. Their return and refund system is fantastic though. Wish itself is a great company and really make sure you won't get scammed. Sorry for the novel, I'm just a hardcore Wish user 😂

Kayla Watkins Wish is a site linked to Romwe, Zaful, Shien, Sammy Dress etc. There are no independent sellers, only companies. That's why some of the clothes seem awful and small because they are made in China and they are more likely from sites that basically scam you.
Also the reviews seem a lot more trustworthy bc it lists the reviewers country and the sellers tend to respond to their reviews be it negative or positive. Just makes me feel like the sellers aren't using bots to review things
The love shirt reminds me of those girls in school who would purposely pull down their shirts to make it off the shoulder... AND THEN CLAIM THAT IT "CAME LIKE THAT"
A friend of mine who shops on wish explained the free offers to me. I guess if you read the fine print it says a specific number of items they offer for free. You have to look to see how many people have gotten it. If that number exceeds the free offer, it's no longer free.
Lmao I actually saw a few items on wish that were literally like this. A pen that was "free" but shipping was 15 dollars, and a jacket that was """free""" but the shipping was almost 50 bucks

They returned my money and told me to just keep the product. And then I bought another one for $15 and it works perfectly well and I love it for the price. "Free just pay shipping" really means they included the price of the items in the shipping. check same item price and shipping and compare to the free and shipping. It's the same.
I'm sure someone else has pointed this out by now, but it's not uncommon for shady sellers to take old listings with mostly positive reviews and just change the product being sold, so the new product looks highly vetted. It happens on Amazon sometimes too.

You see, most items come straight from China. When items are shipped from there, the country pays the shipping costs. Which means instead of a ''Free'' item, the seller actually gets the shipping price as his income and he doesn't even have to pay shipping at all. So basically, you are paying for the product. Just in a different way.

So if a distributor were to use the shipping that costs them $0 but bill the customer for shipping, that would be dishonest. Book sellers on Amazon will, or at least used to, offer a book for 1 cent and the price of shipping. You could make your few bucks on shipping, but move through inventory faster, along with other benefits

Mikaela Bauguess Its not worth it at all. Nothing I ever bought on groupon was worth it. It always costs about just the same after taxes and tip, and the service is always shitty. At least for the ones I use for spa and entertainment like mini golf or bowling.
You see, most items come straight from China. When items are shipped from there, the country pays the shipping costs. Which means instead of a ''Free'' item, the seller actually gets the shipping price as his income and he doesn't even have to pay shipping at all. So basically, you are paying for the product. Just in a different way.

There's no way that with the quality of the items you get that it really costs that much to manufacture and it's already been said that they don't have to pay for shipping. So if a distributor were to use the shipping that costs them $0 but bill the customer for shipping, that would be dishonest. The problem is not the cost it's that people pay and then wonder why it takes a long ass time for their items to get there because the "shipping fee" wasn't that at all.
