Every Father’s Day since I can remember working in kitchen I have always been kick off the line. Shit is going crazy no one is helping or listing and I’m trying to clarify or make a statement about an issue say I’m running low on something. Well Sunday the 16th I got told to get the fuck off the line and to go the fuck home and I’m like seriously. So I went and sat crossed legged about 60feet in the dry storage. And chilled my sous chef stood up for me and told our exc sous chef to stop talking to his staff like that. He told me not to leave so I didn’t nor did I clock out. Just chilled and let the “ titled sous chef cook on the line” for about an hour then I walked back and jumped right back in. It all started going down when the chef next to me was not giving me plates and I did not know what was going on so the other chef jumped in and I’m like this wouldn’t of happened if he would of give me plates to put the food on and finish playing for me. Chaos infused. Iv watch your video to help me and to gain knowledge and insight on how things around me are working. I’m not there yet like you said but soon. My timing is coming
