Thanks, man. The overthinking and impostor syndrome haunt me whenever my subconscious becomes conscious, especially when I stop doing whatever I'm engaged in. I even started doubting whether I should go to therapy, but I know it's just another aspect of the same issue I've been battling. Right now, I'm trying to accept who I am and stop all the things that have been hurting me since I first noticed my mental health struggles. I've already resolved many of the external issues, and now I feel like Link fighting his shadow in the Water Temple. It makes me realize I'm not alone.
