We use a dehaze/degreaser in one step.
You leave ink on screens for re claiming? I think it’s easier to clean ink after printing, then when re claiming you just have to remove the emulsion.
Hey, it's more like ink residue. I tend to remove the bulk of the ink with a piece of card or a spatula to go back into the tub - then remove residual ink in the washout booth with plastisol ink remover chemical before it goes in the dip tank
