Got Thoma, got him to lvl 90 and 10-10-10 on the very first day of his release. Been clearing every single Abyss with him since then. Now I've built him for Burgeon and I'm having an absolute blast. Wouldn't change my sunshine boy for the world

i rememberbeing forced to use hm, wasnt THAT bad but the 20 second shield coldown was hell. also it would be best to give him a prototype starglitter, which gives him so much ER which lets you gets other substas on artifcats

You could build him with full EM and use him with yaoyao and candace in a burgeon team using the dragon's bane and 4th slot can be zhongli for example
Hm yeah or zhongli could be used on other half since yaoyao + zhongli is a bit of a dps loss due to healer + shielder (and even thoma but he would be em not shield)
Its not a bad idea at all, since burgeon can do a lot of damage to you and burgeon IS thomas best team but burgeon teams/hyperbloom are pretty 3 character + flex slot. If he keeps dying due to burgeon and zhongli is free, it could work .. he might need it ! Just thinking out loud (you had a great idea)
@@Teekls thanks for the feedback, I thought of zhongli as a shielder since he had the strongest shield outta everyone so he can't die due to burgeon dmg. About the dps loss thoma is basically the main dps here since he's triggering the reaction and causing the dmg
@@Specialisto yes (: usually just dont see healers + shielders on the same team. Is quite hard to make a team from such limited characters haha
Craft him a Kitain Cross Spear! It gives him EM and ER and is very good in reaction-based teams.
I love triggering superconduct with pyro and electro!

For me personally, the most entertaining thing you could do (besides build the characters you haven't built yet like Candace) is to try to beat the abyss. I know you think that the account is not strong enough, but I think with the right teams you could go pretty far (even if you can't 36-star it yet, but you could probably do it if you play extremally well and are willing to retry enough lol). Even to see you use different combinations of characters and see how they compare would be nice to see.
Some comp suggestions:
- Hyperbloom with full EM Raiden, Candace (instructor), Yao Yao (deepwood) and flex (but prob Zhongli, Rosaria or Mika)
- Melt with Rosaria (built for cryo, event spear prob goog since she will be melting a lot), Shenhe (noblesse), Xiangling and Hu Tao
- Hypercarry Cyno with Cyno (4-piece thundering fury for energy), Zhongli, Yao Yao (instructor) and Yun Jin
- Hypercarry Raiden with Zhongli or Thoma, Xiangling and VV Xiao (could also use Yao Yao for aggravate)
- Hypercarry Xiao with Zhongli, Xiangling and Rosaria? (no one good to put in 4th slot)
This are just some of my ideas, but you can research a bit and make your own teams or take suggestions from other people in the comments lol. I just really like when people in Genshin series don't shy away from challenge.

I’m very glad I have thoma because I find him very fun. At first I thought I was unlucky getting a bunch of him but then I started using him and enjoyed using him a lot!

@@ganatr237 I know this is old but: dragon's bane has higher EM and if you are running on-field Thoma it is a better choice. Thoma doesn't need an insane amount of ER, 170% without battery and 140 - 150% with battery.

An idea for what you can do for polearm only is dedicate one episode for each character and try to crown them, idk if u have the mats and crowns for that but that would sound entertaining for me personally
Tenacity only buff for 3s so pls nobless sometimes I ask myself do you know anything about this game same thing happen with hutao you think of crimson but she can't do vap
he needs ER though bc no 2nd fav lance so emblem or 2pc2pc would still be better, but of course depends on how much ER there is in substats

@@DamonsMistrisVampire Yeah, but Thoma is better at burgeon. You can use Bennett, Diluc, even Xinyan. but Thoma's icd was made for burgeon.

candace is better 😤😤 she works better in my opinion, as her burst is good for vaporize, it infuses hydro even if hu tao skill is up. and skill allows to parry slightly, and block so 😤😤😤 (unless you already built her, you are a enemy to the candace mains)

The abyss cycles every two weeks, that's content every two weeks right there. I think there's enough characters in the account to make some interesting teams. Rolling artifacts would also be fun to see.

You rolling for HP and ER is so relatable now that I'm trying to build Baizhu and avoid crits at all costs, lmao. At least if you ever got second fav lance then crit rate would be great for Thoma, but Baizhu isn't gonna be on fav despite his ER troubles, so I just look for lots of those two stats...
Thomas E Shield is stronger than his burst.. being ignorant is up to you but don't spread misinformation.. seeing as mtashed is having a hard time for misinformation it's only fair youre criticised the same way
i think it'd be fun to try to c6 all your four star characters!
