The E2 is one of the most liberating machines I've ever used. I've got ancient analog classics I use every day next to my E2 (JP-8, 2600, CS-60, TB-303, OB-Xa etc) _...only from my cold, dead hands!_ : )
I am excited to see where you are going with these electribe videos. So far it has been great. I like to also add offbeat groove or some other groove to melodic lines. Sometimes you take something straight and make it super groovy with just adding some groove.
Hi. Thanks a lot! That's a great feature on the e2, the Groove function. Thanks for the inspiration, gonna make a video about groove. What bpm do you usually work in?
@@jirisedlacek9179 120 because it is the default... I have not managed to arrange full pieces with the electribe yet. In the past couple of years of use I have been trying to force my self to make full arrangements, but it isn't easy and I only spend a few hours a month.
Yea, this is good. Random or Sample and Hold can be good for adding some variety as well. Combined with motion recording, like toggling an IFX so it only happens at certain places.
This was helpful. Thanks. Something about the electribe makes me happy.
