truly some hard core flash backs to when I wore those colors. and yes, "Voights" exist in CPD. I worked for one. Im better because of it. I dont know who the tech advisor is for this show but he has to be either active or former CPD. Too many shows are mirrors of jobs that actually happened. While this is hollywood, the real deal isnt and when you see the actors "down" and "drinking" its about the only things that dull the demons. This is a very good show.
Yep, Brian Luce, 20 years with CPD then 7 years as a sheriff. He’s retired and been their advisor since day one - working with the writers, training the actors, choreographing action scenes
