My first dog that I ever got on my own passed away in February; and it still stings. Sending you both all my love.
I saw a post that talks about grief; it was a ball (the grief) inside a (small) mason jar. The post mentions how instead of the ball getting smaller as time passes, it’s more so us (the mason jar), who grows around the grief (thus a picture of a bigger mason jar holding the ball). I got a second puppy in January not knowing my first boy was going to pass away the following month but my little girl has definitely helped me with the healing process. I figured that I will do right by Logan by honoring his memory and passing on all the love, lessons and experiences I had with him to my baby pup.

We live in Oklahoma and have an insane amount of bugs everywhere. We used to spray our last house ourselves and now use a pest control company. We have seen a massive difference. I suggest asking your neighbors who they recommend.
Now a mom of two kids I have always wanted to go to Japan! My goal will be to take them once they are old enough to understand the experiences ! Love you guys! ❤
My step-dad is a pest control guy for a smalllll town in Texas. Everyone knows him and his job is most definitely not a lie (i know that’s not what you’re saying) but i’m saying that because the reason people come off as salesman or liars.. is because their business is not working/booming.
People call my step-dad left and right to get things sprayed and removed from their home so it really just depends but you obviously have to do your research if its a name brand company or something

I love how you both still reminisce about Goose. Its so good to keep his memory alive:) He'll place the right puppy in your life when he feels it's right. I'm a firm believer that our dogs who pass, choose and place our new dogs in our lives for a reason. :)
Also regarding pest control - my dad owns an exterminating company (Phoenx, AZ) and its a small business with just a few technicians and a secretary and he works super hard as a small business owner and would never lie to his customers! He is always upfront about his pricing, the process, and what to expect. He offers free estimates and then his pricing for spraying the home is based on square footage (how much chemical/spray he needs to use). He'll do interior and/or exterior and he offers monthly services which are usually best to not only save the customer money but make sure the bugs don't come back as 1 treatment is usually not going to magically make the bugs disappear for good! Hope this insight helped lol.

Aw I miss Goose :( my family and I just lost our best friend last month and he was one of those special dogs, once in a lifetime for sure. It’s always great to look back on those memories and think how lucky you were to be with them for their entire lives. We were blessed to have him around for 16 years. It’s still a hard one to think about for me, but I’m glad to know there’s other people out there that get it. Not everyone that owns a pet understands but I feel y’all on that one so much ❤️

We have moved several times with my husbands work and our best tip/advice always ask your fellow neighbors who they use for any home maintenance. We do that every time and have been super happy with the results 👍🏻

Second off: in regards to the pest control HAHAHA my boyfriend owns a pest control company and that’s the one reason I know how this works... a lot of the times when existing customers move it’ll notify them since they service the house. if new people move in they stop by to see if you wanna be added in on their service schedule so you don’t have to pay for the trucks to come out since they’re already in route. Also a different salesman or technician could’ve been the one looking at the crawl space and backyard so that would explain why the new guy didn’t know. Plus they service thousands of houses every year so it’s also likely they could’ve forgotten! Don’t be scared of pest control! It’s not a scam!!

Catching up on vlogs and i legit can’t even tell you how much i love you guys!
My dad works in Pest Control. I don’t think it is a scam. A lot of the jobs included with Pest Control are a lot like , for example, you have to dig a trench around the house, drill into concrete, etc. for some jobs. But they do receive a commission per job on top of what is usually minimum wage.
My parents are tailors and it makes my heart warm to know that people see the importance in their work!

with the blue and white 70ś bodysuit, you definitely need to find a pair of hip hugger bell-bottoms. Wear them with a wide leather belt ( even a white leather belt if you can find it or a macrame belt with fringe hanging. For shoes, you need a strappy heeled, like the 60s or 70s gladiator sandal- that would totally elevate the look and remember large white framed sunglasses- have fun!

In my opinion, don’t bother with pest control unless you have a serious issue. You can easily buy sprays and walk around the house to spray.
